Privacy statement
This notice applies to website visitors and to prospective, current and former business contacts.
TLL acts as controller for personal data used in its website enquiries and business correspondence. This includes:
- Website and email contact.
- Quotation, proposal and onboarding discussions.
- Service-related communication with contacts at clients, suppliers and professional advisers.
Please do not send sensitive personal data or personal data that is not needed for your enquiry.
Depending on how you contact us, we may process your name, role, company, business contact details, correspondence and the operational information you choose to provide. We use this data to:
- Answer enquiries and take steps you request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Manage client and supplier relationships and keep relevant business correspondence (contractual necessity and our legitimate interests).
- Operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and prevent misuse (our legitimate interests).
- Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims (legal obligation and our legitimate interests).
TLL does not use website enquiry data for solely automated decisions or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
At the date of this notice, TLL does not intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or Google Analytics on this website.
The Webflow hosting infrastructure may process essential technical request and log data—such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and requested pages—to deliver and secure the website. If TLL later introduces non-essential analytics or marketing technology, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated before that technology is used.
Access is limited to people at TLL who need the data for the purposes above and to service providers supporting hosting, email, IT, professional advice or legal compliance. TLL does not sell personal data and discloses it to public authorities only when legally required.
This website is hosted with Webflow. Webflow states that it may process customer-end-user data in the United States and provides contractual and recognised transfer safeguards. Where another supplier processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, TLL will use an applicable recognised safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
TLL keeps personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and longer only where a contract, legal obligation or legal claim requires it.
The retention period is determined by the following criteria:
- Ordinary enquiries are kept while they are being handled and for a reasonable follow-up period.
- Client and supplier records are kept for the relationship and any applicable statutory or claims period.
- Technical and security logs follow the operational and security periods applied by the relevant service provider.
TLL uses reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data and limits access to people who need it. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Subject to the GDPR and any applicable exceptions, you may:
- Request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data.
- Request portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or another competent supervisory authority. Contact info@tll.nl first if you would like us to address a concern directly. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on a request.
For privacy questions or to exercise a right, email info@tll.nl and include enough information for TLL to understand your request. Please do not include passwords, payment information or other sensitive data.
We may revise this privacy statement from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal obligations. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
